ICT managed service provider, In2IT Technologies launched new chatbot called Mapula eyes on the public as well as private sector organizations. In2IT newly introduced chatbot mainly eyes on customer service that communicates regularly with clients.

The company stated that the new chatbot by Gauteng Premier David Makhura it is engaging the government to make use of the bot within its various departments to engage citizens, particularly at the local government level. The chatbot can be modified based on the customer’s requirement of the organization.

Group CTO and Co-Founder at In2IT Technologies, Vishal Barapatre said, “In this twenty-first century digitally driven era, the definition of customer service and engagements has been rapidly changing. Be it private organizations or governmental departments, the changing dynamics in digital communication is creating the need for Artificial Intelligence (AI) based chatbot solutions.” Further, he added, “Using RPA any element of operation can be automated whether it is with the client themselves or outsourced to a service provider. Thus, it gives clients a better control of operations by the core team.”

Vishal Barapatre stated that the chatbot delivers customer service faster and it is trained to reply to an array of questions across industries.

As per the information of the source, by 2021 over half of the endeavors will spend more per annum on bots and chatbot creation than customary versatile application improvement.
