Hurricane Harvey has devastated southern Texas. Due to this incident, people have to wait for hours in lines to buy groceries. The flood and storm still continuous, but the positive thing is that different companies started donating money for the relief purposes.

The following companies are some of the companies which give support in the form of money and products for the affected people.

Wal-Mart and the company’s foundation will give cash and product both of at least $1 million to the organization which is working for the help of the people like Salvation Army, American Red Cross, and Convoy of Hope. The other one is PepsiCo and its foundation will donate more than $1, 000, 000 in cash and products to the Red Cross.

Microsoft had given almost $100, 000 to the American Red Cross to help the people. And the best thing is that the company said: “More help is needed, and the company and its employees pledged to do more.” The other one is Starbucks Foundation, it will donate $250, 000 for the relief efforts of Hurricane Harvey. This coffee chain allows customers to give the donation to American Red Cross in its store.

Allergan foundation will give $100, 000 to the American Red Cross and Aetna Foundation will give $100, 000 to the American Red Cross, $50, 000 to the Team Rubicon, and $100, 000 to the Community Foundation of Greater Houston.

Whole Foods Market and Amazon via Amazon will give donations to the American Red Cross of almost $1million.

Cheniere Energy will give$1million to American Red Cross and Caterpillar Foundation will donate $300, 000.

Home Depot has promised to give $1 million to American Red Cross, Convoy of Hope, Salvation Army, Operation Blessing, and Team Rubicon. Lowe’s has given $500, 000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief.

Apple has given $2 million to the American Red Cross and Western Union Foundation gives $300, 000 to the American Red Cross.

Google gives $250, 000 to the American Red Cross and JPMorgan Chase will make a help of $1 million to the American Red Cross.

The donation by Target is $500, 000 to the American Red Cross and UPS Foundation promise is to give $1 million to the American Red Cross and The Salvation Army.

And the emergency water program ABInBe has given 155, 000 cans of drinking water to Texas, Arlington, Louisiana, and Baton Rouge.
